STILL IN JAIL!!! Kodak Black In Jail Until March 20th At Least!! — At the end of February, 19-year-old Kodak Black was arrested during a court hearing in Fort Lauderdale for allegedly violating the terms of his house arrest while he was in the middle of a comeback tour. At the time of Kodak’s arrest, his attorneys Gary Kollin and Allan Stephen Zamren insisted the young rapper would be out soon, but in court this past Friday, a judge set a continuation hearing for March 20 to decide whether Kodak is a “danger” to Broward County Residents. That means Kodak won’t be getting out of jail for at least another week.

Kodak’s probation stems from multiple charges. In October 2015 he was arrested and accused of forcing people into a car after he suspecting someone of breaking into his home. He was released on bond but arrested again in April 2016 for a suspected drug deal in Hallendale Beach. Last August, Kodak, born Dieuson Octave, plead no contest to charges including robbery, false imprisonment, fleeing a law enforcement officer and possession of a firearm by a delinquent. Facing a maximum of 55 years in prison, he was instead sentenced to one year of house arrest and five years of probation.
